Simply Windows 7 build 7077 with french mui.
However this wallpaper (apparently one of the official regional theme for France!) really has something special for me.
First, it's my town, Annecy!
But this place is exactly where I was at elementary school. On this pic taken from the bridge, you can see it on the left : [link]
I've crossed this bridge four times a day during almost ten years! That's all.

Can you tell me what the Windows Color and Sound Scheme is used on the French regional theme in Windows 7? I'm trying to collect all of them, not just the wallpaper. Do you know how to obtain anymore regional themes? Thanks.

Only way to get all the original MCT folders is installing all regional builds...or trying to contact people like u did with me. Good Luck!

Just make sure you use Winrar or something similar to extract the files. I didn't run the .exe. They're perfect though. RSS feed and links too.
